By Car
From Rome follow the Pontinia (SS 148) until Terracina then continue on the Flacca (SS 213) for 18 more kilometres. In all 116 kilometres. From Naples you can get on the highway (A1) 'del Sole' and exit at Cassino, then you have to follow the sign 'Formia' and reach the coastal street 'via Flacca' (SS 213).

By Train
On the rail way Rome-Naples get off at Fondi, be carefull some trains do not stop there. After that you cach the bus to Sperlonga. It wont take more than two and a half hours either from Rome or Naples.
